Wetpixel member David Cheung has reported on the forum that the team at Magic Lantern has managed to create a hack that will allow the Canon EOS 7D to output RAW video files, similar to that now being worked on for the EOS 5D. Whilst maximum resolution is likely to be similar to that of the 60D, the fact that the 7D uses a Compact Flash card means that write speeds will allow longer continuous shooting. Please bear in mind that the hack is very new, and not finished yet!
